Mike Easterly grew up in Versailles, Missouri, a small town northeast of Lake of the Ozarks. Growing up in a small Midwestern town suited Mike…he learned the skills that prepare a man to support his family and there he met his wife Tracy in high school. Mike’s first job as a young man was in the car business, selling cars and trucks for the Ford dealer in Versailles. Mike did well as he and Tracy started their family together and earned the position of sales manager. In the mid ‘90’s Mike was co-owner of a small auto auction in Versailles….his first taste of the auction industry.

In 1999 Mike and Tracy bought a home in Fordland, Missouri and Mike accepted a job as the General Manager of the Ford dealership in Marshfield. Mike excelled in the car business because of his honest, friendly approach to treating people like they wanted to be treated…no nonsense…just sell me what I need. Over the course of his 5 years with that Ford dealer, Mike used creative marketing and a “Price Sells Cars” motto to grow the dealership’s sales dramatically.

In 2004 Mike accepted his current position as the General Manager of Dealer’s Auto Auction, a weekly car auction open to both dealers and the general public. Falling in love with the auction business again, Mike took all the courses necessary to become a licensed Auctioneer and earned the title “Colonel”. Easterly Auction Company has since provided auction services for estate sales, farm sales, home sales, business liquidation, antique, collectable & glass sales, and just about anything else you want to consider!
